Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
